"it's the relationship that heals.” - Irvin Yalom

The most important aspect in whether or not a person will begin to heal and feel better is whether or not they are able to establish a strong, caring relationship with their provider.

Have you ever been to the doctor and felt dismissed, rushed and unable to finish your thoughts before the appointment was over? It’s important to me that everyone feels not only heard, but encouraged to share and unburden themselves of both daily stressors and those deeper, often more painful, concerns.

I use a bio-psycho-social model which emphasizes the importance of all aspects of a person’s life and a holistic approach to their mental healthcare.

I have a broad range of experience utilizing empirically based treatments in an individualized, supportive setting with patients with a wide range of concerns. I will work with you to promote better health and emotional regulation, and to identify, explore and change unhealthy thought patterns and behaviors.

I received my doctorate in clinical psychology from the Chicago School of Professional Psychology and completed my undergraduate degree at Washington University in St. Louis.
